Enduralon™ - High-tenacity polypropylene multi-filament yarns
We manufacture Enduralon™, a high-tenacity polypropylene multi-filament yarn, with a tenacity of up to 7.5 grams per denier in the denier range of 150-6000 in Untwisted, Intermingled and Twisted form. Enduralon™ goes into the sewing of HDPE/PP woven bags, fertiliser bag top stitching sewing , chemical bags sewing, and in the making of twines and ropes . It is used by cable manufacturers, woven geo textile industry, stitching of reverse printed BOPP bag producers, Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) Bag manufacturing.
Enduralon™ is made from the prime grade of polypropylene H200FG of Reliance Industries with a top quality spin finish in European make machines. It is passed through various quality tests that meet stringent international standards.
We at Star Global can supply denier sizes of 150, 210, 410, 500, 600 and so on in various colours. Enduralon™ comes with special UV resistance properties to meet the customer requirements.

Flat yarn
In order to make flat yarn, we bond fibres side by side and compose a flat body of soft yarn that has good crease resistance.
Our flat yarn is quick to absorb and distribute moisture and is UV stabilised. It is very easy to clean this yarn, and it can be made available in disparate colours as per your need. multi-coloured flat yarn can be supplied in denier sizes 600,700, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 3000, 3200, 4000, 6000...
Flat yarn is an ideal material for cloth making and making embroidery art ware such as bed sheet, quilt cover, tablecloth, napkin and curtain.
Intermingled yarn
Air intermingling is a process where multifilament yarn is fed through a pressurized air jet which blows the filaments of the covering yarn apart, causing them to intermingle. We offer High Tenacity, Multifilament Intermingled Yarn for application in textile, woven sack and garment industries. The yarn is made by imparting cohesion to the filament bundle in addition to twisting. This yarn is high in strength, light in weight, has moisture regain property, and it is sunlight and stain resistant. The Intermingled Yarn is used for producing Elastic tape, Non-elastic tape [rigid], Braiding, Webbings, Elastic covering, Luggage Fabric, Belts etc.
Twisted yarn
Multifilament Twisted Yarns are made up of a number of plies; these plies are twisted together in opposite direction to make thicker yarn.
Our range of twisted yarns are used widely to stitch, weave and knit a wide range of products that comprises of FIBC’s, woven sack, carpets, apparels, nets and other household items.
Our Twisted yarn is durable and strong, it has a smooth texture, and it is available in wide colour range. We offer denier sizes of 600 to 6000. |
